Magnets are very common in life, but do you know how to distinguish magnets of the same specifications?
One method is to put two magnets of the same size and specification on an adsorbable plane, such as a patch, a blade, an iron door, etc., and use feeling to distinguish the size of the magnetic force. Usually the feeling is correct. No matter what you want to do, feeling is a very important feeling.
The second method is to use an electronic scale: magnets with weak magnetic force are generally related to their density. If the density is small, the magnetic force is relatively small. If the weight is heavy, the magnetic force is relatively large. On the contrary, the weight is light and the magnetic force is small. That is to say, heavier magnets are relatively large. When measuring magnets, grams should be reached.
The third type is a Gauss meter. The results of this test are more intuitive and clearer, but in the test, the center of the magnet is measured at the center of the magnet. If the edge of the magnet is measured, the position of the center of the magnet is inaccurate.
The magnetic force of magnets is generally measured by a Gaussian machine. Other test methods include:
1. Hertz resonance coil test, which can test the entire magnetic flux of the entire magnet.
2. Hall effect detection, the conventional detection method is reflected in the form of Gauss value, the principle is that the wave tube in the magnetic field shows the Hall effect under the magnetic field.
3. Axial field description, used to describe the magnetic field distribution of the magnetic combination.
4. Fixed suction test.
5. High-resolution test can measure the magnetic field change of one in 100,000.
